Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Event Manager to plan and deliver high-impact events that support business growth, customer acquisition, market visibility, and strategic partnerships in the fintech and financial services space.

Key Responsibilities / KRA

• Plan and execute investor meets, financial awareness programs, seminars, conferences, partner meets, product launches, webinars, and promotional events.
• Own the complete event lifecycle concept, planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, execution, and post-event analysis.
• Develop event concepts aligned with business objectives, marketing campaigns, and product initiatives.
• Coordinate with Growth Marketing, Sales, Product, Business, Compliance, and senior management for event requirements.
• Manage venues, agencies, vendors, speakers, sponsors, production, branding, logistics, and hospitality.
• Drive event-based lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate event promotions across social media, digital platforms, email, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
• Ensure timely creation and delivery of event photos, videos, reels, creatives, and other digital content.
• Track event budgets, leads, participation, vendor performance, and ROI/impact.
• Prepare pre-event plans, execution reports, and post-event performance analysis.
• Ensure all event communication and activities follow applicable SEBI/regulatory, compliance, and company guidelines.
• Build and maintain a strong network of event agencies, vendors, speakers, industry partners, and venues.

• Data-driven approach to measuring event performance and ROI.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in event management, preferably in Fintech, BFSI, Stock Broking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Experience in managing business, investor, partner, product, and customer-facing events will be preferred.
