Role Overview

Innovatiview India Limited is looking for an experienced Corporate Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of all corporate events and employee engagement initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing annual functions, leadership meetings, project inaugurations, conferences, employee engagement activities, offsites, and domestic travel while ensuring seamless execution, cost optimization, and exceptional employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end corporate events, including annual functions, leadership conferences, town halls, project inaugurations, festive celebrations, award ceremonies, and employee engagement programs.
• Organize company offsites, team outings, training programs, and domestic travel arrangements for employees and leadership teams.
• Develop event plans, execution schedules, budgets, and contingency plans.
• Prepare and manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Negotiate with hotels, resorts, event agencies, travel partners, caterers, production vendors, and venue partners to achieve the best commercial terms.
• Coordinate venue selection, accommodation, transportation, catering, branding, event setup, entertainment, and logistics.
• Work closely with HR, Admin, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and Business Heads to understand event requirements and deliver successful events.
• Manage vendor onboarding, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and payment reconciliation.
• Ensure smooth on-site event execution while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain event calendars, vendor databases, MIS reports, and post-event documentation.
• Collect feedback after every event and implement improvements for future programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 510 years of experience in corporate event management or employee engagement.
• Proven experience in organizing corporate events, leadership meetings, employee gatherings, conferences, and corporate travel.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, costing, financial planning, and vendor negotiations.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and event management tools.

Preferred Industry

Candidates from Corporate, IT, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Event Management, Travel & Tourism, Facility Management, or Employee Experience backgrounds will be preferred.
