Candidate Profile Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree Industry Type : Facilities Management Services, Hospitality (Hotels) Overall Experience : 8 – 10 Years Relevant Industry Experience : 6 – 8 Years Key Skills Leadership Strong Communication Skills Vendor & Stakeholder Management People Management Strategic Planning Behavioral Competencies High Achievement Orientation Strong Team Collaboration Learning Agility Positive Attitude Job Purpose (Aim) The role is responsible for delivering Meeting & Event Planning services , driving team development , managing special projects , and contributing to overall Facilities & Services goals including financial performance and customer satisfaction. - Operations Delivery 1.1 Customer Relations Deliver high-quality support services to stakeholders and clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Understand and anticipate customer requirements Promote Meeting & Event Planning services Address client concerns proactively 1.2 Performance Management & Continuous Improvement Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards Track metrics and identify service gaps Share monthly performance updates with management Implement action plans based on feedback and surveys Drive continuous service improvement initiatives Collaborate across geographies for best practices Manage vendor performance and compliance Negotiate vendor contracts and onboard new vendors 1.3 Team Management & Engagement Maintain regular communication with team members Encourage mentoring and professional growth Define roles, responsibilities, and team goals Conduct regular team meetings and knowledge sharing Recognize and reward high performance Organize team-building activities 1.4 Workforce Planning Ensure adequate team coverage at all times Monitor attendance, overtime, and workload distribution Optimize team productivity
- Career Development 2.1 Employee Development Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires Identify training needs and provide coaching Support career growth and development planning Contribute to performance evaluations and promotions 2.2 Employee Engagement & Retention Lead by example and promote company values Drive employee satisfaction and retention initiatives Address concerns proactively Foster a positive and motivating work environment 2.3 Recruitment Identify hiring needs based on business requirements Partner with recruitment teams for hiring Participate in interviews and selection Ensure hiring of high-quality talent 2.4 HR & Compliance Manage performance and disciplinary matters with HR Maintain documentation as per company policy Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines
- Financial Management Manage operations within approved budgets Review financial and operational performance Approve vendor payments and invoices Support forecasting and financial planning
- Special Projects & Change Management Drive continuous improvement initiatives Act as a change agent across the organization Communicate and implement process changes Ensure timely project delivery and stakeholder alignment
