About this role
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Experience: Freshers / 0-1 year
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, production partners, and event teams for marketing activations and events.
- Manage printing, branding, promotional materials, production, logistics, and event setups.
- Source vendors, obtain quotations, compare costs, and support vendor negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Maintain activation budgets, expense trackers, timelines, quotations, and MIS using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Logistics to ensure timely execution.
- Follow up with vendors and stakeholders to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Support offline brand activations, events, conferences, CMEs, RTMs, and other marketing initiatives, including on-ground execution.
- Assist in managing multiple activations simultaneously and resolving execution-related issues.
Required Skills
- Good vendor coordination and management skills.
- Strong negotiation and cost-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data tracking.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Basic understanding of event production, branding, printing, logistics, and marketing activations is an advantage.
- Bachelor s degree or pursuing a degree in BMM, Mass Media, Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior internship or exposure to event management, vendor coordination, marketing activations, or production will be preferred.
