Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Program Coordinator to support high-volume hiring events and new graduate programs across India. The role will focus on program management, candidate experience, stakeholder coordination, event execution, and new graduate engagement.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management and execution skills, be comfortable managing multiple activities simultaneously, and have experience working with recruiters, university programs, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Programs Lead to plan and execute high-volume hiring events and university programs.
• Coordinate with Recruiting Coordinators (RCs) and Recruiters to ensure smooth execution from candidate intake through completion.
• Manage end-to-end event planning, scheduling, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, facilities, REWS, and other internal teams to ensure venues, materials, and event requirements are ready.
• Develop and maintain standardized program playbooks, processes, lead-time guidelines, and governance models.
• Track event requests, hiring volumes, timelines, and outcomes, and prepare program metrics and reports.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to improve event intake, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Support new graduate onboarding, enablement sessions, and milestone activities throughout the graduate program.
• Plan and coordinate graduate and intern networking/social events, including vendor management and communications.
• Support campus engagement and employer branding initiatives to enhance the candidate and graduate experience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and changing business requirements.
• Take ownership of additional program-related projects and operational activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 46 years of experience in recruitment, university/campus programs, recruiting operations, or program management.
• Strong program and project management skills.
• Experience managing high-volume hiring events, campus engagement, or university programs.
• Strong skills in event planning, coordination, execution, and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with vendors and internal facilities/operations teams.
• Strong task, resource, and timeline management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities in a fast-paced environment.
• High sense of urgency with the ability to work effectively under tight timelines and ambiguity.
• Self-driven, adaptable, detail-oriented, and a quick learner.
• Exposure to AI tools, automation, or process improvement is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in Recruitment Coordination, Campus Recruitment, University Relations, Talent Programs, Recruitment Operations, Event Management, or Program Management would be a strong fit for this role.
