An Event Sales Executive identifies potential clients, promotes event services, and manages the sales process from inquiry to booking. The goal is to maximize event bookings and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
Identify and approach potential clients (corporate, wedding planners, individuals)
Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
Generate new business opportunities
Client Relationship Management
Understand client requirements and propose suitable event solutions
Conduct site visits and presentations
Build long-term relationships with clients
Event Planning Coordination
