About the Role: As an
Events Project Manager , you'll lead the end-to-end management of experiential events and brand activations, acting as both the strategic lead and execution partner throughout the event lifecycle. From translating client briefs into memorable live experiences to overseeing production, vendor partnerships, budgets, and on-ground delivery, you'll ensure every event is creatively led, operationally seamless, and aligned with client objectives. You'll work closely with brands, internal teams, venues, artists, and production partners to bring culturally relevant experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities: Event Strategy & Client Partnership
- Translate client briefs into compelling experiential concepts and execution plans.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the project.
- Present ideas, manage feedback, and align creative vision with business objectives.
Project & Production Management
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events, from concept to post-event wrap-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams across creative, production, design, operations, talent, technical, and F&B to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage venues, vendors, artists, logistics, and production partners across multiple projects.
Execution & Operations
- Develop timelines, budgets, run sheets, and contingency plans.
- Lead on-ground event execution, troubleshoot challenges in real time, and ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in line with brand expectations.
Reporting & Growth
- Prepare post-event reports, key insights, and recommendations.
- Document learnings and best practices to improve future projects.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 5–7+ years of experience managing live / experiential events, brand activations, or cultural experiences.
- Strong understanding of events, logistics, vendor management, and on-ground execution.
- Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and budgets simultaneously.
- A creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into well-executed experiences.
- Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable travelling and working flexible hours when required.
