Event Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate, live, virtual, or hybrid events
• Manage production timelines, budgets, and logistics across multiple concurrent events
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, AV/production teams, and external contractors
• Oversee on-site event operations, staging, and technical production
• Manage stakeholder communication with internal teams, clients, and sponsors
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality
• Lead and mentor junior event staff/coordinators
• Handle risk assessment, contingency planning, and on-site troubleshooting
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with permits, safety regulations, and venue requirements
• Conduct post-event analysis and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in event production, event management, or a related field
• Proven track record managing large-scale events (conferences, product launches, exhibitions, corporate events, etc.)
• Strong vendor and budget management skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Proficiency with event management/production tools (e.g., Cvent, Asana, or similar)

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed
