Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing company events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Create and maintain event budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Assist in preparing event materials, presentations, and promotional materials using MS-PowerPoint and MS-Office.
• Support in managing event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Assist in post-event evaluation and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating strong English proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
