Position: Sr. Client Servicing Executive

Type: Full-time

We are looking for an energetic and organized Event Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, activations, conferences, and other brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing events from concept to completion.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, production teams, and internal teams.

Manage event timelines, checklists, logistics, and required materials.

Support venue visits, event setup, rehearsals, and on-ground execution.

Coordinate branding, décor, AV, production, and other event requirements.

Follow up with vendors and ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

Handle on-ground issues and last-minute requirements during events.

Maintain event-related documents, quotations, invoices, and reports.

Ensure events are executed smoothly within timelines and quality standards.
