Job Role Description:

• Venue Management
• Managing venue selection, layout planning, and technical requirements.
• Vendor Coordination
• Sourcing and negotiating with caterers, decorators, photographers, and AV technicians.
• Budget Tracking
• Tracking all expenses, managing invoices, and ensuring the event remains within the financial allocation
• Permits & Compliance
• Securing necessary local permits, insurance, and safety certifications.
• Documentation
• On Site Supervision
• Supervising set-up and teardown, managing staff, and serving as the lead for real-time problem-solving.
• Guest Management
• Handling registration, invitations, and ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees.
• Client Handling

Conducting initial consultations to understand the clients vision, goals, and specific "must-haves" for the event
