ROLE OVERVIEW

You'll own the conceptual and strategic thinking behind client campaigns FOR EVENTS — shaping ideas from brief to big idea, and protecting that idea through to execution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop creative concepts and big ideas for client briefs FOR EVENTS
• Collaborate with Design and Client Servicing on pitch narratives
• Present concepts to internal teams and clients
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices
• Guide execution teams to protect the creative vision
• Contribute to new business pitches

WHO YOU ARE

• 6–8 years in conceptual/strategic creative roles IN EVENTS
• Strong storytelling and ideation ability FOR EVENTS
• Comfortable presenting big ideas to clients
• Collaborative, cross-functional mindset
• Curious and trend-aware
