Eus Complaince Manager

• Drive endpoint compliance operations aligned to RBI, ISO, and security standards
• Ensure SCD (Secure Configuration) enforcement across all endpoint devices
• Track, manage, and close non-compliance within defined SLAs
• Perform reconciliation across CMDB, tools, and compliance platforms
• Handle internal & external audits (RBI, ISO, ISMS) and ensure timely evidence submission
• Monitor compliance posture (patching, AV, encryption, configuration baseline)
• Maintain audit trails, evidence repository, and governance dashboards
• Manage exception handling, risk acceptance, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with Infra, Security, Audit, and Business teams for compliance adherence
• Publish MIS, dashboards, and leadership reports on compliance status

Required Experience & Skills

• 57 years in Endpoint Management / EUC Compliance / IT Operations
• Strong exposure to RBI audits, ISO 27001 / ISMS audits
• Hands-on experience in endpoint tools (SCCM, Intune, JAMF, AV/EDR, DLP, Encryption)
• Experience in audit handling, evidence management, and compliance reporting
• Knowledge of CMDB, asset reconciliation, and governance frameworks
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
