Understand field level dealer operations:

Multibrand workshop setup, service flow, RO lifecycle, billing, DMS impact.

Support field teams by:

Analyzing dealer feedback, operational challenges, and business blockers.

Validating field data before management reporting.

Track campaign effectiveness in coordination with Service Marketing:

Penetration %, dealer participation, ROI tracking.

Assist in new program rollouts:
