ORN is building a new way to experience Europe. Our PRIVATE Europe Journeys combine premium Mercedes-Benz private vans, professional English-speaking chauffeurs, carefully selected hotels and beautifully designed itineraries across Europe's most iconic destinations. We are expanding in India and looking for experienced, commercially driven Travel Sales Consultants who know how to turn customer interest into confirmed holiday bookings.

What You'll Be Doing

• Speak with qualified customers who are actively considering European holidays.
• Understand customers travel preferences, budgets, destinations and expectations.
• Recommend and sell ORN's PRIVATE Europe Journeys, including multi-country European holidays.
• Present compelling itineraries and personalised travel proposals.
• Build relationships with customers through phone calls, video consultations and ongoing follow-ups.
• Confidently handle objections, negotiate within commercial guidelines and close bookings.
• Manage your sales pipeline, follow up consistently and achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.
• Deliver a professional, consultative and trustworthy customer experience from the first conversation through to booking.

Who We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates who have already sold international leisure holidays to Indian consumers.

You should bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in leisure travel sales, preferably selling international and Europe holidays.
• A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience converting customer enquiries into confirmed holiday bookings.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Confidence engaging with customers over the phone and through video consultations.
• The discipline to manage multiple customer opportunities and follow up until a decision is made.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Highly desirable:

• Experience selling European holidays, multi-country itineraries or tailor-made international travel.
• Background with established leisure travel agencies, retail travel networks or specialist tour operators.
• Experience selling premium, luxury or high-value family holidays.
• Knowledge of popular European destinations including Italy, Switzerland, France, the UK and Scandinavia.
