Role Description: The Europe Destination Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing and promoting European education destinations, advising prospective students on suitable universities and programs, and guiding them through the entire application and enrollment process. The Europe Destination Manager will maintain strong relationships with partner universities, stay updated on admission requirements and visa regulations, and provide accurate, timely information to students and families. Daily tasks include conducting counselling sessions, organising information events, coordinating with internal teams and overseas partners, and supporting marketing initiatives related to European higher education opportunities. The role also involves tracking student applications, ensuring documentation accuracy, and contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong student counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to assess student profiles and recommend suitable European universities and programs.
• Knowledge of European higher education systems, admission procedures, and visa requirements, along with the ability to stay current on policy changes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in English and confidence in presenting information to groups and individuals.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple applications, deadlines, and stakeholder communications effectively.
• Experience in international education consultancy, student recruitment, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, International Relations, or a related discipline; a master's degree is an advantage.
• Strong client service orientation, cultural awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external partners.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, office productivity tools, and online communication platforms to manage student data and engagement.
