Job Requirements*

• Proven experience in macOS support in an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in JAMF Pro administration and scripting.
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and MDM concepts.
• Good understanding of networking, VPN, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities*

• Provide Level 2/3 support for macOS devices across the enterprise.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Mac systems using JAMF Pro.
• Create and maintain policies, configuration profiles, and scripts in JAMF.
• Perform software packaging, patch management, and OS upgrades.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Mac devices.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and IT policies.
• Collaborate with Windows and network teams for cross-platform support.
• Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Train end-users on Mac usage and best practices.
