EUCA/Nexthink Consultant

• Identify and troubleshoot Windows, Intune, AD, and Microsoft 365 issues
• Monitor end-user device health using Nexthink
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents
• Create and manage Nexthink dashboards, alerts, investigations, campaigns, and reports
• Work with Network, Security, SCCM, and Service Desk teams to resolve issues
• Develop or support automation and remediation scripts using PowerShell
• Maintain Nexthink platform administration and documentation

Technical Skills

• Strong administration and troubleshooting experience in Microsoft Windows OS.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and monitoring tools, preferably Nexthink.
• Experience analyzing:
• System logs
• Event logs
• Monitoring alerts
• Proven experience diagnosing, resolving, and performing root cause analysis for incidents and alerts.
• Experience troubleshooting:
• Operating System issues
• Active Directory (AD) issues
• Microsoft Suite applications
• Microsoft Intune
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
