About this role
- Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft SCCM (MECM) infrastructure.
- Manage software packaging, deployment, and application lifecycle management.
- Perform operating system deployment (OSD) and Windows image management.
- Plan and execute Windows security patch deployments and software updates.
- Create and manage SCCM collections, applications, packages, task sequences, and deployment rules.
- Troubleshoot SCCM server, client, content distribution, and deployment issues.

- Manage endpoint inventory, asset tracking, and reporting.
- Support Microsoft Defender and endpoint security solutions.

- Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to resolve issues.
- Automate routine administration tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Generate compliance, deployment, and inventory reports for management.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
