EUC Architect

We are seeking an experienced EUC Architect to lead the design, implementation, and modernization of enterprise End User Computing and Digital Workplace solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in 1E DEX, SCCM/MECM, Patch My PC (PMPC), Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Copilot, VDI technologies, and Application Packaging. The role requires a strategic technology leader capable of driving digital transformation, endpoint modernization, cloud adoption, and AI-powered workplace initiatives while ensuring security, compliance, and exceptional user experience.

Role & responsibilities

• EUC Strategy & Architecture: Define EUC roadmap, architecture standards, governance, and lead Digital Workplace transformation.
• 1E DEX: Architect 1E DEX solutions, enable proactive monitoring, remediation, self-healing, automation, and improve DEX/MTTR.
• SCCM/MECM, Intune & Autopilot: Design endpoint management architecture, lead Intune modernization, Autopilot/zero-touch provisioning, application deployment, and cloud-based endpoint transformation.
• PMPC & Automation: Manage Patch My PC and third-party patching; drive PowerShell-based automation.
• Microsoft Copilot & AI: Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, readiness, governance, security, AI use cases, and integration across M365 applications.
• VDI: Architect and manage VMware Horizon, AVD, and Windows 365, including desktop pools, golden images, profiles, performance, scalability, and capacity planning.
