JOB DESCRIPTION:

< · 8 to 15 + Years of experience in workplace services – Service desk , EUC , Onsite support .

• Experience acting as domain or solution architect for EUC services
• Exposure to large, distributed enterprise environments
• Prior hands‑on delivery experience in Service Desk, EUC Engineering, or Onsite Support is a plus

· Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively.>
