ETL Testing Lead

Responsibilities:

• Perform ETL/data warehouse testing for data pipelines and migration projects.
• Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across source and target systems.
• Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake for data validation and testing.
• Write complex SQL queries for data reconciliation, validation, joins, aggregations, and backend testing.
• Develop and execute Python scripts for test automation and data validation.
• Validate data completeness, accuracy, consistency, integrity, and transformation logic.
• Perform source-to-target mapping validation and data reconciliation.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of ETL pipelines.
• Identify data quality issues and work with developers/data engineers for defect resolution.
• Experience with ETL/data pipeline tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar is preferred.
• Work in Agile environments and participate in defect tracking, test planning, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Required Skills: ETL Testing / Data Warehouse Testing, Snowflake, Advanced SQL, Python, Data Validation and Reconciliation, ETL/Data Pipeline Testing, Source-to-Target Validation, Data Quality Testing, and API/Database testing experience is a plus.
