ETL Test Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ETL Test Engineer with strong expertise in ETL Testing, Data Warehouse Testing, SQL, and Source-to-Target Validation. The candidate will be responsible for validating ETL processes, ensuring data quality, and performing end-to-end testing of enterprise data warehouse solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end ETL Testing and Data Warehouse Testing.
• Validate source-to-target mappings and transformation logic.
• Execute data validation, data reconciliation, and data quality checks.
• Validate Fact and Dimension tables.
• Perform Full Load, Incremental Load, and CDC validations.
• Create and execute ETL test cases and test scenarios.
• Analyze ETL mappings, workflows, and business requirements.
• Execute backend/database testing using SQL queries.
• Defect logging, tracking, and reporting using JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and data engineering teams.
• Support UAT, regression, and production validation activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Current ETL Tester / ETL QA Engineer / ETL Test Engineer.

• Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, or Financial domains preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
