Etl Lead

• Daily Data Load till Reporting, Maintaining Load SLA, troubleshooting Data Discrepancy, maintaining pipeline and version of code, Maintaining Talend job and store procedure, Maintaining Data Model and ER diagram and Data dictionary, working in conjunction with BI and AUC team for End user issue, etc.
• Design, Develop, and Implement ETL processes to Extract, Transform, and Load data from various Source Systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather Data Integration requirements, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
• Optimize ETL processes to improve Performance, Efficiency and Scalability.
• Perform Data Quality checks and troubleshoot data discrepancies, ensuring Data Integrity.
• Document ETL processes and provide technical support to other teams as needed.
• Vertica DBA, MSSQL DBA, Performance Tuning, User Management, Backup & Restore, Patching, Upgrade, Talend Job Management and Deployment, Metadata Management, Data lineage and Data Dictionary management, etc.
• Manage and maintain Client Databases, ensuring High Availability, Performance and Security.
• Perform regular Database performance Tuning, Backups and Recovery Operations.
• Collaborate with Development teams to ensure optimal Database Design and Query Performance.
• Implement Database Monitoring, Troubleshooting and issue resolution in alignment with SLAs.
• XBRL scope is integrated into the broader data pipeline to ensure seamless regulatory submission.
• Data Preparation: Using ETL tools to extract, pre-process, and summarize data from internal systems. Storing the summarized data in a specific Data Mart designed for RBI ADF reporting. Converting the summarized data into the RBI-specified XBRL format.

Validating the converted output against RBI schema guidelines using testing tools provided by the RBI to ensure compliance. Utilizing automated scripts (such as Python) to submit the validated reports to the RBI and logging the results for audit purposes.
