ETL Informatica Developer

We are looking for an experienced

ETL Developer who can work independently and support multiple parallel projects in a fast‑paced environment. The role involves developing and executing testing strategies, collaborating closely with development and internal teams, identifying risks, resolving defects, and ensuring high standards of testing quality across Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Key Responsibilities

• Support multiple parallel projects in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Develop and execute testing strategies aligned with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Collaborate with development and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Identify risks early and ensure timely defect resolution.
• Ensure adherence to defined testing quality standards.
• Define and execute backend software testing.
• Prepare and maintain testing reports.
• Create and manage test data for positive and negative test scenarios.
• Analyze source‑to‑target mappings and backend data flows. General Skills & Competencies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly document and communicate testing issues.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Informatica ETL workflow development, design, and testing.
• End‑to‑end understanding of the Software Development and Testing Life Cycle.
• Strong expertise in databases and data warehouses with the ability to derive meaningful insights from raw data.
• Experience reviewing requirements and project documentation to design effective testing strategies.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, maintaining, and analyzing test scripts.
• Working knowledge of defect management processes, risk frameworks, mitigation, and enterprise testing standards.
• Strong understanding of backend testing with focus on data validation and quality.
• Exposure to the banking domain, particularly treasury and payment systems.
• Experience working in Onshore/Offshore delivery models.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly motivated, self‑driven, and able to work independently.
