We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer with strong expertise in SQL and ETL development to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing ETL processes and working with large-scale data environments.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines .
- Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations .
- Extract data from multiple sources and load it into target databases/data warehouses.
- Perform data transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Analyze and troubleshoot ETL jobs and resolve data-related issues.
- Optimize SQL queries and ETL processes for better performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across source and target systems.
- Work closely with developers, testers, business teams, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor scheduled ETL jobs and address failures or performance issues.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to ETL processes and data mappings.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in ETL development.
- Strong proficiency in SQL .
- Good understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing .
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with healthcare/pharma data or IQVIA-related data environments will be an advantage.
- Candidates who have previously worked on IQVIA projects/data are preferred.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
