• Experience in incident resolution and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with ITIL processes

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with monitoring and scheduling tools
• Exposure to production support environments with SLA adherence
• Basic understanding of data validation and quality checks
• Domain exposure to Life Sciences
