Key Responsibilities:

Review architectural and structural drawings to prepare material quantity take-offs (QTOs).

Generate cost estimates for steel framing, roofing, trusses, and associated construction elements.
Prepare detailed project quotations and assist in bid proposal documentation.
Coordinate with engineers, drafters, and project managers to clarify scope and design intent.
Maintain updated price databases for materials, fabrication, and logistics.
Work with U.S. teams to align estimates with current market trends and labor costs.
Analyse project feasibility, timelines, and profitability margins.
Utilize estimation software and Excel-based templates for accurate calculations.
Support revisions in estimates based on client feedback or design modifications.
Maintain version control and documentation for all estimates and submissions.
