Estimator - Electrical

• Extract and compile electrical quantity estimates from Revit BIM models
• Read and interpret electrical drawings to identify and quantify electrical items
• Prepare detailed electrical quantity assessments and take-offs for projects
• Support project planning with accurate technical estimates and specifications
• Maintain organized documentation and estimation databases
• Communicate effectively with internal pre-construction teams
• Collaborate with team members on project feasibility and planning

• Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Trade
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in electrical quantity estimation
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Revit for extracting quantities from BIM models
• Communication: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Core Competency: Ability to read electrical drawings and arrive at electrical item estimations
• Project Experience: Experience with US-based projects (highly preferable)
