Estimator / Draftsman

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, estimates, and tenders for construction projects.
  
• Conduct quantity surveying activities such as measurement, estimation, and costing of materials.
  
• Develop accurate cost estimates based on project requirements and specifications.
  
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  
• Provide technical support during the tender process by preparing bid documents and presentations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or related field (BOQ preparation, Cost Estimation).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
  
• Strong knowledge of Quantity Estimation principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in preparing accurate cost estimates using various software tools.
