Estimation Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage cost estimation projects from start to finish, delivering high-quality results.
• Conduct thorough rate analysis and quantity surveying to determine project costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop detailed estimates, reports, and presentations for clients on project progress and recommendations.
• Analyze data and provide insights to optimize project costs and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary information for project estimates.

Job Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of highways infrastructure development projects' requirements is essential.
• Proficiency in Costing, Rate Analysis, and Quantity Surveyor software tools is required.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying, Rate Analysis, and Cost Estimation is preferred.
• A strong understanding of project management principles and practices is needed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
