Estimation Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Making detailed estimates, technical estimates and third-party BOQs.
• Checking budget and getting sign-off from HOD.
• Stage-wise reconciliation of labour and material.
• Monthly submission of variance reports.
• Submission of rental documents.
• Handling 78 projects and keeping all documents and records properly.
• Detailed estimation, rate analysis and Excel-related work.

Mandatory Skills:

• Handling multiple projects.
• Co-ordination with all departments.
• Solving site problems.
• Site visits.
