Stonelam intends to integrate its Porcelain Slabs business with Facade installation to provide complete cladding solution to its customers.

The Estimation Manager is expected to oversee the entire planning , costing, tendering process.

Core responsibilities include:

• Preparation of BOQ - estimation of Quantities of material based on the Auto CAD drawings
• Preparation of detailed cost sheet basis the BOQ
• Preparation of Quotation and Proposal bid for the tender
• Material Ordering and prepare Purchase Order for the material
• Site inspection and physical verification of sub contractor work
• Verification of Contractors running and final bill as per the contract terms and conditions
• Closely coordinate with the on site Project team, subcontractor etc
• Have a deep understanding of systems like unitized/stick curtain walls, cladding
• Proficiency in Auto Cad
