Position: Assistant Manager / Manager Estimation
Experience: 715 Years
Qualification: B.E./B. Tech – Civil Engineering
Project Experience: Building Projects – Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Building project Estimation, BOQ & Quantity Take-off
- Tender document, drawing and specification study
- Rate Analysis, Cost Estimation & Project Costing
- Estimation of RCC, Civil, Finishing & External Development Works
- Review of Architectural, Structural & MEP drawings
- Subcontractor/vendor quotation evaluation
- Tender preparation, bid evaluation and cost comparison
Required Skills:
- Strong Civil technical knowledge
- Experience in Residential / Commercial / Institutional / High-Rise Building Projects
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Take-off, Rate Analysis & Costing
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & AutoCAD
