Senior Estimator

Role Purpose

The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing and reviewing detailed project estimates, supporting commercial decision-making, and driving cost optimization initiatives across large-scale real estate projects. The role plays a key part in maintaining project profitability and business competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial projects.
• Review quantity take-offs, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking studies.
• Evaluate contractor and supplier commercial proposals.
• Support project budgeting and financial planning.
• Drive value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with design, contracts, procurement, and execution teams.
• Mentor junior estimation professionals.

Qualification & Experience

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2-12 years of experience in estimation and commercial functions.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and cost management.
