Estimation Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Visit client sites to conduct surveys, collect technical data, and assess installation requirements.
• Understand client requirements for IoT monitoring systems, sensors, meters, and automation solutions.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material requirements based on site data.
• Coordinate with the IoT, technical, and project teams to finalize suitable solutions.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and project cost breakdowns.
• Identify installation requirements, cable routing, equipment specifications, and related accessories.
• Provide technical support during estimation and project planning.
• Coordinate with clients to clarify technical requirements and ensure accurate estimation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a relevant engineering field.
• Experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, site surveys, or industrial projects is preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, sensors, meters, IoT devices, and industrial automation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings is an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for surveys and data collection.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also apply.
