Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and tender documents for civil projects.
- Conduct site visits to gather data on materials, labor, and equipment required for construction.
- Analyze project requirements to create accurate cost estimates and cash flow projections.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Should be Proficient in AutoCAD, MS office including Excel, MS Project.
- Key responsibilities include development of accurate detailed project estimate, bar charts, preparing bill of quantities, BBS, verification of contractors bills as per contract terms & conditions.
