Estimation Engineer

Experience: 2–4 Years
Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Construction
Reporting to: Manager – Estimation & Costing

IMPORTANT: *Candidates with relevant Interior Fit-Out / Construction Estimation & Costing experience are preferred.*

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates & BOQs for interior fit-out projects
• Quantity take-off from architectural/interior drawings
• Prepare rate analysis for materials, labour & specialised works
• Analyse vendor/subcontractor quotations
• Prepare comparative statements and cost comparisons
• Support tenders, RFPs & proposals with accurate costing
• Maintain rate databases and benchmark market rates
• Support value engineering and cost optimisation
• Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, BD & Project teams
• Prepare cost reports and track budget/estimate variances

Required Skills:
BOQ & Quantity Take-Off
Cost Estimation & Rate Analysis
Interior Fit-Out / Construction knowledge
AutoCAD – Drawing Reading
MS Excel
Vendor Quotation Analysis
Tender / RFP Costing
Good analytical & communication skills

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
