Estimation Engineer

Role & responsibilities :

• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Estimation & Costing, and BOQ preparation.
• Good understanding of civil/infrastructure construction drawings and specifications.
• Hands-on experience in tendering and pre-bid activities.
• Knowledge of rate analysis, cost estimation, and quantity take-off.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and relevant estimation/quantity surveying software.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work within tight tender submission timelines.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Estimation & Costing / Quantity Surveying / Tendering, preferably with an Infrastructure, EPC, construction, or contracting company.
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• NICMAR QSCM (Quantity Surveying & Contract Management) qualification will be preferred.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in infrastructure/road/bridge/flyover/metro/structural projects will be preferred.
