• Location - Thane (Kapurbawdi)
• Salary - Rs 20000 to 27000 pm
• 2nd and 4th Saturdays and all Sundays off

• Company - Reputed engineering co with modern plant at Shahapur Thane Dist
• Products - FRP  based Static process equipment like heat exchangers, pressure vessels, columns, storage tanks etc
• Good work environment

REQUIRED

• Diploma/ Degree Engg in Chem/ Mech or BSc -Physics etc
• Min 2 years experience in design, estimation, proposals or tenders - PREFERABLY IN SIMILAR PROCESS EQUIPMENT / FABRICATION COS.
• Good understanding of and ability to read engg drawings (AutoCAD)
• Understanding of project/ product/ manufacturing costing
• Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized spreadsheet programs

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare/review the basic design, create the estimation BOQ
• Prepare & send out RFQ for (materials, vendors & subcontractors), follow-up, prepare technical evaluation sheet,
• Prepare quotation comparison sheet
• Calculate the direct cost for each item by analyzing the item to its basics
• Calculate/assist in the calculation of other costs
• Participate in Cost Variance analysis and invoices.
• Assist in preparing responses to clarification requests by the client regarding the submitted tender
• Follow up of vendors & clients regarding inquiry & quotations
• Study the scope of work & tender document and prepare the tender review sheet
