- Prepare detailed material, labour, equipment, and project cost estimates.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.
- Maintain an updated database of material, labour, and subcontractor rates.
- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for projects.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and submitting bids within deadlines.
- Review variations, additional works, and revised project requirements.
- Maintain proper records of estimates, quotations, and supporting documents.
