Estimation Engineer II

Job Summary

Abhipsa Construction is seeking an Estimation Engineer II for our Tendering Estimation team at the Head Office. You will support bid preparation and cost estimation for new OM and EPC opportunities, from quantity take-offs to vendor rate analysis. Supports technical bid preparation, vendor analysis, drawing-based quantity reviews, and project cost inputs; proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Google Sheets, ERP.

Responsibilities

• Support technical bid preparation for OM and EPC tenders
• Perform vendor analysis and rate benchmarking
• Review drawings and prepare quantity take-offs and quantity reviews
• Provide project cost inputs and estimation worksheets
• Maintain estimation records in ERP and spreadsheet trackers
• Coordinate with planning and commercial teams during bid submission

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in estimation, tendering, or planning
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Google Sheets, and ERP systems
• Understanding of MORTH specifications and cost estimation methods
• Strong attention to detail and deadline discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to NHAI/road sector tenders
• Familiarity with market rate databases for OM works
