Estimation Engineer - Facade

Facade Estimation Engineer Job Description

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for facade, curtain wall, aluminium windows & doors projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project requirements.
• Calculate quantities of aluminium, glass, accessories, hardware, and other materials.
• Prepare material take-offs, quotations, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with suppliers, technical, sales, and project teams.
• Analyze project costs and ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
• Support tender submissions and respond to technical/commercial clarifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–7years of experience in facade/aluminium estimation.
• Strong knowledge of Curtain Wall, Facades, Windows & Doors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of aluminium systems, materials, and fabrication processes.
• Immediate Joining is a must
