Join Infra.Health and be a key part of our AEDC Department, contributing to multi-storeyed building projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates, MTO, and BOQs for multi-storeyed projects.
• Conduct rate analysis, study material & labour rates, and prepare block estimates.
• Review and ensure accuracy of all estimates within the defined scope of work.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Contracts, and Site Teams for budgeting and reconciliation.
• Review GFC drawings, interpret technical specifications, and consult with clients and consultants.
• Support technical sanction/DTP activities for PWD, CPWD, Corporation, and NHM projects.
• Develop estimation standards aligned with DSR PWD/CPWD guidelines.

Qualification

• BE Civil or B.Tech (Civil Engineering)
