Estimation Architect Commercial Projects

Required 2D knowledge

Location: Bangalore
Department: Projects / Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed project estimates and BOQs for restaurant and commercial interior projects.
• Study architectural and interior drawings and prepare quantity take-offs.
• Estimate costs for civil, interior, furniture, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other project works.
• Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement, and vendors for accurate costing.
• Obtain and compare vendor quotations and support rate negotiations.
• Prepare cost comparisons, budgets, and project cost reports.
• Track project costs and ensure work is within the approved budget.
• Review drawings and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in estimation/costing for commercial interiors or hospitality projects.
• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and estimation.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, retail, or commercial interiors preferred.
