Hiring: Estate Team Member

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
CTC: 3.6 - 4.0 LPA
Experience: 2-5 Years
Role: Field-Based

We are looking for an Estate Team Member to support site/property acquisition activities across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential land, rooftop, and commercial properties.
• Coordinate with property owners, landlords, and developers.
• Negotiate rental and lease terms.
• Collect and verify property-related documents.
• Coordinate for agreement execution and registrations.
• Follow up for NOCs, approvals, and permissions from concerned authorities.
• Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Maintain acquisition and documentation records.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned sites and agreements.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in Estate Management, Site Acquisition, Real Estate, Telecom Infrastructure, or Property Acquisition.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
• Knowledge of property documentation and local liaisoning will be an added advantage.
