experience in preparing flats/villas for new tenants (painting,furnishing,reppairs).

knowledge of vendor management forhouse keeping security,and repair services.

strong interpersonal skills to handle tenant issues and complaintspromptly.

ability tomeditaate disputes and maintain harmonioes tenant relations.

experience in showing properties to prospective tenants/visitors and explaining rental terms.

customer service orientation with professional communicationskills.

proficiency in excell,property management software or erpsystems.

cofortable with digital communicationtools (whats app,email,crm systems).

strong problem solving skills and ability to act quickly in emergencies.

organiged and detail oriented with multitasking ability.

trutworthy and ethical in handling cash transactions and tenant data

good presentation and negotiation skils when dealing with visitorw or tenants.
