About this role
Description
We are seeking an experienced Essbase Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Essbase development and administration, with the ability to design and optimize OLAP databases to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Essbase applications and cubes.
- Optimize Essbase databases for performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Essbase-related issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Essbase applications and processes.
- Implement best practices for Essbase development and data management.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-14 years of experience in Essbase development and administration.
- Proficient in Essbase and Hyperion tools.
- Strong knowledge of OLAP concepts and multidimensional data modeling.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
