ESG Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced ESG Manager to drive ESG

and sustainability initiatives across our manufacturing operations. The role will be

responsible for developing and implementing sustainability programs focused on

energy efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, waste management, resource

conservation, environmental compliance, and ESG reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sustainability and ESG initiatives at the plant level.
• Drive carbon reduction, energy conservation, renewable energy, and

decarbonization projects.

• Implement waste reduction, recycling, and circular economy practices.
• Monitor sustainability KPIs related to energy, water, emissions, and waste.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Support ESG reporting, BRSR requirements, and customer sustainability

assessments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business

operations.

• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on resource optimization and

environmental impact reduction.

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial

Engineering, or related discipline.

• MBA/Master's in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or Energy

Management preferred.

Experience:

• 8-12 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, Environmental Management,

EHS, or Energy Management.

• Experience in Automotive, Auto Components, Plastics Manufacturing, or

Industrial Manufacturing preferred.
