Must-Have Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Expertise
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central (Core HR), Onboarding, Compensation Management, Time Tracking
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification in one or more of the above modules
• SAP Functional Technical Knowledge
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and SuccessFactors implementations
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, Other SAP modules and third-party systems
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and testing end-to-end SAP HR solutions
• Strong solution design and architecture capabilities

Experience

• Professional experience 6-14 years of experience in SAP application development and implementation
• Proven experience leading SAP delivery teams and mentoring technical resources
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Technical Skills

• Strong capabilities in Solution Design
• Configuration
• Testing
• Troubleshooting and Debugging
• Secure and scalable application delivery
• Understanding of SuccessFactors integrations and APIs
